Sessions 1-4: Know Yourself
Before you share your story with the outsideworld, make sure your first and most important audience — YOU — is on board.You'll go on a journey of discovery and connect with your values; your hopes and fears; and your deep whys. You'll let go of limiting narratives and embrace more positive ones. You'll discover strengths you didn't realize you had. You'll identify hidden skills and competencies that you may be taking for granted. And you'll feel more connected to your authentic self.
Sessions 5-8: Show Yourself
Once you have a story that resonates with you, it's time to craft it so that it connects with others. You'll be guided every step of the way as you define your audience; write an authentic About Me story that you feel great about; decide where and how to tell your story; and learn how to evolve your story as you evolve.
